I live and work in Eye, on the Suffolk/Norfolk border - a truly beautiful area with much to inspire me. I am married with two teenage children, so family life keeps me grounded!
I undertook intensive, practical training with the prestigious Civil Ceremonies Ltd and graduated in 2014 having achieved accreditation in NOCN Level 3 Diplomas in both Celebrancy: Naming and Couples (QCF) and Funeral Celebrancy (QCF).
Civil Celebrants have been trained in all aspects of planning, writing and conducting ceremonies. From choosing music and readings, poems and symbolic actions - they will listen and interpret your ideas.
I've had a varied career in the fields of psychology research, tourism and public relations. Several of these careers have utilised my creative writing skills and flair at exhibition work. I have now added public speaking to my armoury so that I can bring all these personal skills and different ideas to the design and creation of your ceremony.
I'm very proud to have set up Bridget Garrett Ceremonies and I am passionate about working with you to make your personal ceremonies just the way you want them.
I support all aspects of diversity in couples and family ceremonies and will do my utmost to turn your ideas into reality. I look forward to the challenge of each and every ceremony!
I hope to hear from you soon to discuss your ceremony.
